Get regular check-ups with Dr. Martin
When a new patient comes in to the practice, they first get a tour of the facility. Next Dr. Martin interviews them, and does an oral exam. Based on his findings, Dr. Martin makes treatment recommendations.
Depending on the patient’s condition, the doctor will recommend a variety of diagnostic tools, which might include photos, x-rays, impressions, bite registration, CAT scan or a detailed general medical history. All medical information is kept confidential.
Dr. Martin uses the DIAGNOdent laser-assisted cavity detection equipment for a pain-free check-up. Before DIAGNOdent, a dentist would have to probe your mouth with a sharp tool, exposing sensitive areas to prodding and the metallic touch. With DIAGNOdent, Dr. Martin can perform a more thorough, pain-free exam, and can treat pitting or decay before the problem gets too large.

Dr. Martin’s injections and fillings are fast and gentle. He uses Onset™ by Onpharma, a buffering agent that works by changing the pH of the anesthetic, lessening or eliminating the pain experienced in a traditional dental injection. Then he uses the latest generation of high-quality composite (tooth-colored) fillings that have the ability to fight cavities.
